My 5 month old at the time loved this toy.He is now almost 7 months old and has lost some interest;however, that's probably because he played with it so much.It's a great tactile toy.
Piro is great.A very sturdy toy, and a very cute clown.I'm reassured that it passed German quality control as being nontoxic, because my daughter has diligently chewed on it, and undoubtedly consumed some of the paint.
This is a well made, educational, bright, strong toy. Great value for the price. A good toy for developing motor skills, my 8 month old loves it.

This two sided stacker, from the Brainy Baby collection is neat. With one side being the lion and the other side being the elephant, my nephew has had fun playing peekaboo with it. The colors are striking and the materials are durable.
This little Dachshund was the perfect Father's Day gift for my son-in-law. He and my daughter are expecting their first child and they have a Dachshund. He loved it! The Product Description here is excellent and what I received, well-packaged and in a timely manner. I've no experience with current baby toys but once this Taggies arrived I knew I'd be buying more of this product line. I can't wait!
This toy was an immediate hit with my 3-month old baby. She loves the crinkle noise it makes when she squishes it. It is hard to find natural and organic sound and effect toys. This is a good affordable option for an infant. It washes and drys well -- a must since baby will chew on it. Still a favorite at 5 months.
A friend of mine bought this in a store for my son when I first found out I was pregnant.My son is now 11 weeks old and he loves it!He holds it and chews on it.He can't hold onto much yet, but this he can.He smiles as soon as he sees it!I actually bought this one in order to have a second one around the house.The only downside is it is not as washable as I would expect for a baby item.The tag says to hand wash.Now that I have a backup I'm going to throw the first one in the washer anyway and see what happens.
I love the colors of the gym.I have twins, a boy and girl, and it seems to be right for both of them.I like that the gym arms fold closed just by twisting the button at the top.So I stick the whole thing in the corner of the closet at night.I like that the gym is roomy under the arms.The toys are cute too.My babies tolerate tummy time better when they are on the little pillow.Our home and furnishings are a mix of contemporary and sort of retro.And so this gym fits our personality.Also my son is a real spitter-upper.And I have already unbuckled the mat from the arms and washed it.The colors stayed bright and I just rebuckled the mat to the arms and we were all set again.It's a good buy.
I bought this for my almost 6mo old when I found her pulling on the characters that hung from her mobile..Clearly, she had outgrown it; but she needed some crib toys to replace it. I like this toy because when Mamma needs to hit the baby snooze button--this is it...I press the face, music starts, she remembers that she has this and another toy in the crib and occupies herself for at least 10min-sometimes she falls back to sleep within the 5min of music it plays. At 4-1/2mo my daughter was pressing the button(attached to crib)to turn on her mobile by herself. Only bumber with this is she can press the face but not turn it on. You have to press firmly, right between the eyes. It's OK because she really loves the ends lighting up and of course she has tasted all of the colorful arms many times over--I know they stimulate her brain too* It would've been nice if there was some sort of volume control on the music(soothing-but same one over & over). I would say-worth it for the price--ideally would've bought it for her when she was younger-at 7mo she just looks at it for a minute-I turn the music on,which she likes-and then it becomes background music for her as she plays with other things.
It is not easy to find organic sound-and-effect baby toys. My baby and I have been very pleased with this duck. Although she has not mastered the sqeak on her own, she loves his soft texture and crinkly hands. It wears well -- my baby chews on him a lot and I have washed and dryed him many times in the machine.
My daughter loves this caterpillar.We nicknamed it ms bugsy as she chews away on it.It washable so its great! I recommend it!
My 5 month old loves this toy. The mirror and the softness of the fabric. I say this is her second favorite because her first favorite is Sassy Earth Brights Wooden Dove. If the Dove isn't around, this one keeps her happy. The rattle inside also keeps her attention when she shakes it around.
This cube is adorable, plays music, laughs, looks fun.The bead maze, comes off so the shapes from the sorter can be retrieved.Little ones with little dexterity can not use the bead maze, nothing keeps it on it just lays on the top.The cube also turns over when the kids try to put the shapes into the sorter. So, adorably made for decoration, not for play.Try another cube.
The bear is cute and all, but please be aware that it is made in China. Also, there is no mention of the toy being organic on the product tags. In fact, it states that the toy is made of Polylactide Fibers and cellophane paper. Save your money. Buyer beware.
We bought the Elmo teether because it is BPA free.The balls are rounded and thick, so our baby has something to put her mouth around (vs. the less comforting flat teethers). We put it in the freezer and it stays cold for a decent amount of time. I'm not sure what is inside the balls, it has a foamy look, but it isn't just distilled water like most "cooling" teethers.Elmo contains a rattle, so that adds another element of interest for our baby.It is a super buy (under five bucks) for a bpa free teether/rattle.I wish it had come out sooner and I hadn't wasted twice the price on the Natursutten cooling teether.
I was shopping for an activity table and found this one on sale. I also bought Leapfrog Learn and Groove table that got excellent reviews and seems to be the most popular.However, both of my twins prefer Light and SoundSafari.They are fascinated by spinning discs with flashing lights.If I had to buy only one table now, I would definitely buy this one, although LeapFrog is pretty good too.The only thing I do not like that it can be easily moved around.Also it is lower than Leapfrog's.And I am yet to find on/off switch (I don't think there is one).
I got this teething ring for my baby girl a month ago when she was 3 and 1/2 months old. Her ability to grab and hold on to this toy has vastly improved over the past few weeks. It's design makes it easy for her to grab with both hands. It's such a joy to see her little face light up when I hand her the bumble bee! She loves it!!! It's cotton and washable and gentle on her gums. I would highly recommend this toy.

My daughter used to wail every time I tried to get her to do some tummy time. I finally decided to try this mat to see if it would help and it is wonderful!! Now my daughter enjoys her tummy time and the toys attached to the pillow support keeps her entertained. I love how it easily rolls up, it makes it very easy to store and travel with. I definitely recommend this product, for me it was a life saver!
This is the best teether by far!My son got it when he was about 4 months old, and has loved it from day one!He's 19 months old now, and still loves to chew on it and play with it.He has always preferred this teether over any of his others, and my favorite thing about it is that it goes in the washer and dryer just like any of his other blankets!We love it so much, it's on my baby registry for our next baby!Highly recommended!!
Bought this little sheep for our baby daughter for Christmas.She was five months old at the time, and even then found it an interesting cuddly.She loves looking at it and holding it and even gnawing on him on occasion.The sheep has different textures and is soft.And in appearance, he is a little bit unique from your usual stuffed toy.They have many other animals in this line, and I would definitely buy another one.
I gave this to my Grandson for Halloween and He loves it. He's 13 1/2months and likes to hold each colorfull piece sticking out. If your baby likes to hold tags they will like this toy. It's just the right size for their little hands, and the smooth wood feels good to touch too.
My grandson loved this teether when he first got it but doesn't use it much anymore.
rattle on the bottom, with big eyes on top. the bars are small enough for baby's hands and the buddy's hands spin in circles. if baby likes to tap tap tap items on the floor or shake shake shake in the air or even throw! this is the toy. If he just likes to chew and coo, this toy will be to loud and not accesable for him to chew.
I was taken aback by ho small this funny little elephant is (especially for the price), but like it anyway. It is basically just what it looks like: a simple, soft, colorful little elephant that is good for babies. Pricey, but cute.
We received this as a shower gift and have used it since my girls first came home. This Doll is extremely soft all over, there is nothing that can come off so it if safe. She also has a rattle inside. She is light/small enough that babies can easily grap or hold her. If they can't grab her arms or legs they can grab her braids.
Sassy makes very cute and compelling baby toys and I love that the new Earth Brights line as we are trying to reduce the amount of plastics we buy. Babies love to see photos of family, and this toy is a great way to present photos to young children. However, there are only slots for 3 photos, compared to 6 in Sassy's vinyl and plastic version. So, I would give Sassy 5 stars for using renewable wood and fabric, but only 3 stars for this specific product.
While the product we received is not as pictured (as mentioned by other reviewers), and the "rattling" pieces don't slide around the entire ring, they do rattle and the red felt piece "crinkles" but apparently I missed the bit about the vanilla scent.You would think a toy claiming to be "natural" would rely on natural essences for a scent.It is obviously synthetic and not only do I detest the chemical smell, my baby crinkles his nose and turns his head away from it.I cut the scented piece off.

We love our new maracas toy but were very surprised to receive only 1 maraca - don't maracas usually come in a set of 2?? The picture is deceiving and unfortunately, I did not read the fine print. $10 for 1 maraca seems a little extreme ($3.99 plus $6 shipping)!!!!

as a mom who doesnt want her baby to chew on plastics containing all kinds of chemicals, i was so happy to find this great teether made of only natural ingredients. i feel safe letting my little angel gnaw on this when her gums hurt.
I must say, i purchased this teether when my son was about 5 months and it was light & easy enough for my son to hold. He grew more fond of it as his teeth stared to come in and it is a daily teether now. The lightweight and different textures are fantastic for massaging his gums and the plyable water filled blue wing is perfect to sooth when chilled.
For some young children, it is a security blanket or stuffed animal they carry around with them. For my 2 year old son, it is this Taggies ball that jingles when shaken that is his "security blanket". He sleeps with it,takes it in the car with him, into the grocery store, throws it, kicks it, rolls it down the slide, etc. It washes easily and dries quickly by setting it on a clean, dry surface. We have about 5 taggies balls at home- some are different colors, but have the same concept. That's how much he loves them! For some reason, this particular one is his favorite-maybe he likes the bright colors on this one- who knows?

We got this dog rattle as a gift for our friends' newborn daughter a few months ago. It's colorful and the design is even prettier in person. Our friends say their baby loves it - it makes a soft, low-pitched rattle that the baby likes, but it's not too loud. I thought at first the price was a bit high, but once it arrived I was happy with the quality for the price.
I was pleased with the quality of the bears.They clean up well and are a great option for a little boy. He enjoys the vibrating fish.The fishing pole and flower are easily lost, so just make sure to keep an eye on them if taking the bear out of the house.
This toy is just not that interesting to my 4 month old.It seems overpriced for being just a piece of cloth with a wooden ring.Maybe he will like it more as he gets older....It is awfully cute though.
Bright Starts Star teether beads (model 8483 and model 8549) were recalled in 2007. The flexible plastic ring that holds the teether beads in place can crack or break, and the beads can detach, posing a choking hazard to infants. Make sure you aren't buying one of these recalled items.
