I bought this rattle for my 4 month old and so far she loves it!The wooden loop is just the right size for her little fists to hold while chewing the tufted top.The 'toes' at the bottom can be pulled trough to hang out either side so I expect she will get a kick out of this one as she continues to grow.The wooden clackers only rattle if it's shaken in the right direction (side-to-side vs. front-to-back orientation) but the sound is really nice, not too loud and obnoxious.I really like the size, shape, sound, and feel of this toy!
