Baby's First Tape Measure Review

This item is called baby's first tape measure. It is deceiving beacaue you cannot actually measure anything. It looks like the tape cames out but it does not. When i received this item i was told it was new. The package that it came in was open and it was brown (discolored) like it was 50 years old. If your child wants a tape measure to look at and not actually measure this would be fine. I sent it back. It is very cute though.
